Under staffed so in turn the line is up the aisles. I would recommend driving farther to a different store. It would be quicker long term.

The employee didn't know how to run a tax exemption, the manager didn't know how to fix it and said oh well, my general manager is not here. Terrible customer service.

What best describes a Dollar Tree shopping trip? The store is always clean, though there might be stacks of product in the isles, waiting to be put on the shelves.What was here last time might have been sold out before this visit, so the "do they have..." questions are incredibly difficult to answer. Keeping in mind that a lot of their inventory is bought as close-outs of someone else's inventory and you begin to understand the "I don't know" answers. Even calling the store is trumped by going there.That all said, because I never know exactly what they will have, I love shopping here!!!

Have always enjoyed shopping at this location but was very disappointed with the customer service I received today. Easter items are out and my mother-in-law and I were excited to pick up a Peter Rabbit yard item. When checking out we noticed the items rung up as $5 rather than $1.25. When questioning the associate, Nikki, we were rudely told it is now $1.25 plus starting in April. We explained it isn't April yet to which she grabbed another associate to show where the sign is that shows its $5 for the yard items. Nikki then made the comment to show the sign before she explodes rudely infront of other customers in the line and when paying she continued with sarcastic rude comments making the shopping experience uncomfortable. Never have I encountered such horrible customer service, when advising Jerry the store manager he seemed unphased by the ordeal but did apologize. Will not be shopping at this location anymore. I'm disappointed in how the situation was handled.
