Man at check out was slow and incompetent and rude.I walked out. I will be cancelling my prescriptions at CVS and never going back to the store in oldsmar or any CVS anywhere.

Store manager very rude incompetent three people like idiots give me the wrong store number when I ask him for it when I look it up then he try to fix it I was not the only customer online with the same problem My pictures work bad and he didn't want to fix them so I paid for nothing I would never use the store again to print pictures it's a horrible job store manager's name he said he was rafad

Damien, who is working on Christmas Eve at the Oldsmar location, isn’t happy and is leaving it out on his customers. Leave retail if you don’t want to work on holidays.

Going to miss the Westchase location, they shut it down a couple of weeks ago and they are currently gutting out the store fixtures and trashing signs etc. Not sure what will go here instead? Hopefully not a church lol.But anyways, their signs say to use this location from now on, which is not as clean.

I went to stop there after work first thing in the morning like I always do and it was completely shut up with all the CVS signs taken down. I had no idea it was closing down & they did it super fast. Crazy smh. This was one of my favorite CVS pharmacies.

Would not originally accept my rx discount card even though I qualified. I asked to have pharmacy manager to call me. She did so and said I was good to go and it would be in system. I came back again and Ornella acted like I was lying about my condition. This cvs needs to focus more on the customer service experience and getting their act together.
