“I was wandering around the Sunday market when I noticed this little shop & decided to pop in to see what treasures they might have. I was pleasantly surprised for sure! A lot of variety is in here from quirky sarcastic trinkets like magnets and coasters to more refined, delicate jewelry, a variety of clothes, and a solid selection of gifts like mugs, local souvenirs, and more. As I was shopping, the woman working also wheeled out some mystery bags left over from an event; that was such a cool idea to me, but I'm trying to be less impulsive with my shopping so I didn't get one. I did however get a new mug for my office and a few magnets as gifts for family. It was a little pricier (3 smaller magnets for $15, $20 for the mug) but unique enough that I can seeing myself coming back every now and then to check out what new treasures might be here.”

“Bealls outlet in Dunedin is great for bargains. The only problem I have run into is the number of panhandlers outside of the building! Last time I got into my car, locked my doors and was immediately approached by a woman begging for money and a ride to Betty Lane! NO WAY! Please do something about this situation! This woman had just come out of the Chinese restaurant with a to -go container full of food, bragging about the restaurant giving her free food! REALLY? NEXT TIME I CALL THE POLICE! That's not legal and it's not safe for shoppers!”
“Jena at Tie Guys was extremely helpful. My original order never came and, as far as I know, is still floating around the country somewhere and, according to the USPS, it is still "moving thru the network". It was a birthday gift for my son and since my original order did not arrive, this gift became very time sensitive. Jena took care of everything. She got a replacement order out immediately and it arrived in a matter of a few days. She was polite, kind, and knowledgeable about what to do next. If my original order ever appears, all I have to do is write "refused" on the package and give it back to the post office. Jena was truly a pleasure to work with and Tie Guys is lucky to have her. In this day of computer automation where you can't speak to a living soul, Jena and the Tie Guys were like a breath of fresh air. Jan”
“We came on Monday 5/20 around 630pm and the girl working was so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the process of obtaining the sponges, processing, and maintenance. She explained all of our options and the uses. We got 5 lathering sponges, 3? exfoliating sponges and a few small face lathering sponges. She was the best and we hope to see her again next time we come in. Thank you!”
“I shop in this store a lot. I recently misplaced my phone and was retracing the areas I had shopped in that store, that day.
The manager was setting up a display and stopped what she was doing and called my number from different areas in the store.
I have a surgery scheduled soon, and have not been focusing on things as well as I should. I think it's difficult to find someone who will be kind and stop what they are doing to help someone out.
I really appreciated that.

“Hidden Gem Alert! The Ivory Palm isn't just another boutique. Sure, the drive might be 45 minutes each way for me, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere is absolutely worth it. Unlike other shops where I felt invisible, The Ivory Palm made me feel genuinely appreciated. The customer service is exceptional, and I can't wait to go back!”

“Oh my…. I am SO overjoyed to the botique is still open! I used to make my dad take me here after school as a little girl. I’d be greeted by a dog named comet & sail off into the wonder and magic of this place! It’s like Narnia for girls like me who were always told “this isn’t a fashion show!” ?? We didn’t have much money back then but my dad let me pick out a trinket from time to time. I still have a dream catcher he bought me from here maybe 10-15 years ago. “While wandering downtown Dunedin I came across this cute shop; it's much bigger inside than it seems from the outside & I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. A perfect spot to look for gifts like candles, women's clothing and accessories, small decor, and a handful of other things. I found a lovely candle in the clearance portion near the back for just a couple dollars, and also got one of the s'more character ornaments - that was a great find as my mom collects them but I haven't seen them in years. Even though they were actively changing out the fall display for the winter display, the lady working the register still took the time to show me great deals & to make suggestions based on the other things I had collected in my hands, so the attention from the staff was great too! It did feel a little crowded when I was in there, but I'm thinking that's mostly because of the change of displays. This place is definitely on my list to revisit the next time I'm in downtown Dunedin!”

Y’all, menopause is tough and finding things to wear with these hot flashes is a challenge! Quick dry is not just for hiking! Kristen (manager) and Pattie (sales AND in-store poster model - really?!) were so helpful. I admit I miss that service when online shopping.”
