Originally seen the Fjords recliners in Alabama while on vacation. Found Chairland online (they had the best price) so I ordered 2 to be delivered to TN. Mike was very professional, couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend this company.

I just received and set up my Fjord Rome Relaxer and am quite pleased with the price and quality of the chair. I hesitated at first to purchase the chair out of state, but Mike Ilseman is a reputable seller and was amazingly responsive to every question I have had. The delivery date quoted was conservative, but the chair came about two weeks after I ordered it - much faster than I had expected. The chair is quite sturdy and has a heavy base. It should easily outlast me.

We shopped and looked for recliners for three years. Mike at Chairland has given us superb service and advice on selecting Fjords recliners. We received our Bo recliners today and they are absolutely stunning. We chose Blue Soft Line Leather with the Teak finish on the wooden base. They are comfortable and an outstanding value for a quality product. They beat all the other recliner options in the marketplace hands down. My only regret is that we did not discover Chairland sooner.

Don’t bother with this guy or company!!! If you are looking for that real chair, you know Stressless, this ain’t it. These are knockoffs that don’t compare. Not comfortable at all. The quality in my opinion is cheap. They talk a good game and then stick you with junk. Shipping took longer then expected, they use other freight places to deliver, only if they have other products that are going your direction, if not, you have to wait. I guess that’s why they are selling them from an outlet place. You get what you pay for I guess. Be very careful with your purchase because you are going to be stuck with it!! No returns with these chairs. I wouldn’t give this place any stars, but I have to give at least one. I will definitely be buying the better product for sure. After all, why buy a pinto when you can buy a Porsche!!Cheers.

I found the recliner I was looking for at Chair Land, and they had a great price on it, so I ordered it. When the recliner arrived, the shipping company had badly damaged it, but Chair Land did a great job of getting me a replacement. I am really happy with their selection, prices, and most of all, great customer service. I'd highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful experience! We got the exact color recliner , made in Scandinavia, with the highest grade leathers at a most reasonable price.No hassle, no oversell and great service. Couldn’t have gone easier and and are we delighted!!!!

We just received our Lafer Carrie in Cherry Red leather. So glad we upgraded from the Gaga. This is a super comfortable chair. Assembly was a breeze. Everything aligned perfectly. The mechanism is really solid and it works perfectly. We live in New Jersey and did the entire transaction online. Mike was very responsive and prompt in keeping us informed. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.
