I am making a money bouquet for a friend’s wedding this Saturday. I went to this bank to see if they could break my large bill (100) into smaller bills.The answer: Are you a customer of our bank?Me: No, I am notLady: Then we cannot help you.My answer: I need to go to my own bank to get change?The answer: YesIf I was considering this bank, I would no longer consider it as an option. I don’t understand the reason behind not helping another person. There was nobody else there so it was not for lack of time. I hope this review will help the next person. If considering this bank, consider first the type of people you are choosing.

This is probably the best banking institution I have done business with. Everyone is very customer oriented and friendly, they go out of their way to help and are very efficient in quickly getting back to you with answers. I have opened both checking savings and also have a few loans, great service every time. Hanh , Michael and all of the girls are wonderful!!

The absolute worst bank on the planet.Without our consent, they switched our money into a account that charged a monthly fee!!! Instead of switching the money into the free account. Customer service is extremely difficult to get a hold of. Not to mention the bank has very limited hours. Put your money elsewhere, we closed our account.

My son is a first time home buyer and the realtor suggested this lender. Being new to the area my son followed the realtors suggestion as we had used the same realtor and trusted her. My son is very good about budgets, savings, and paying his bills on time. He setup autopay through his bank for his mortgage payment. Three months ago he got a notice from CenterState saying his payment was late. He checked his bank statement and say where the auto payment went out the first of the month. He called his loan officer and he said he would get it fixed. This happed for the next two months. He went to apply for a new car loan only to find out his credit score dropped 70 points because they said he had 3 missed payments. He contacted the realtor and she said she no longer recommends them because of these types of issues. She had been using them for 5 yrs and now they are black listed from this major realtor company. I wish there was a course of action that can be taken against this bank.

CenterState took over Harbor Community Bank, worst thing to happen to me. Checking Account offering selected by CenterState Bank were very minimal, account stacked with fees and little benefits. Closing account. Better deals could be had elsewhere, CenterState Bank Google app appallingly limited. CenterState recently closed only brick & mortar location in Pasco County in 2018.
