“We recently purchased a condo in Whispering Oaks, Carrollwood. We fell in love with the engineered hardwood floors on the bottom level. We disliked the carpeting on the stairs and second level. So we found Chris Petit's information from the previous owner and contacted him. His company installed the engineered hardwood on the bottom level 8 years ago. We met with Chris and he had the information in his file for this particular hardwood. We made an appointment for Chris to measure and give us some recommendations for the staircase. We wanted the same Flooring on the steps to tie the bottom level and upper level together. He showed us a bullnose option on the steps we fell in love with. We had a small Stair rail at the bottom and a rail up the left side. Chris referred us to a Stair company who designed and will install the stairs. Chris has coordinated with our painters, our Granite company and our Stair installer. His experience and expertise in the Flooring industry gave us confidence with his suggestions and an end result that exceeded our expectations! “We went to Bob's after we experienced very shoddy work from another source. So glad we did. Randy Childress came and looked at the disaster we had and immediately set out to rectify it. We picked out new tile for our bathrooms after the previous tile had to be removed and also had new carpet installed in the bedrooms.
