Sold them a car and they took 4 months to pay it off and promised during that time they would pay the insurance I needed to keep on it. It's been 5 months and they haven't paid the insurance and they kept my license plate and used it. Despite me asking for it to be mailed twice.

I don’t believe I’ve ever left a review for anything before but I just want to say that my experience at the shop was way better than expected and if you were looking to have services done, I highly recommend coming here. I didn’t feel pressured, and as a woman I didn’t feel belittled Nor I talk to condescending tone which I have often experienced when getting worked on on my car. The prices were fair for the work done, and I was educated on what was being done. They are very quick and had my Car finished an hour earlier than expected. Very sweet and honest man running the shop and could not recommend enough.

This weekend Rick and Larry did a great job to repair the Air Conditioner compressor and related part in my MKZ. Having a great AC unit in Florida is really important and they did a great job at a great price just as promised...... Feels Ice Cold in the Florida 95+ degree sunshine and heat.... Thanks to Big Al's....

Here at Big Al’s Mr. Rick is amazing!! His family has been in business for years. We have used Big Al’s for our personal vehicle needs but now we have opened our trucking company last year we have used Rick and his company to maintain and service our diesel rigs. Rick and team has never failed us!! He will keep his word and come through for you as he did our logistic company. Rick's been my mechanic for the past 5 years that I've Iived in Tampa. Obviously, I had to give up my old mechanic when I moved from Tallahassee to Tampa. My old coworker from Bealls referred Rick. I went to Stadium Toyota & Murray Motive prior to finding Rick - way too expensive especially for labor and felt cheated when I did go to them because they charged an arm and leg for a small amount of work done! Pricewise he's the most reasonable and no other place beats it. Today, I was overdue for these services ($890): -Starter -New brakes -Air filter -New CV Axel -Spark Plugs -Oil/Maintenance I paid cash vs credit card, which saved me an additional $50. Yes, Rick is your man and yes, you'll save tons of money along with fantastic service that includes quality parts.

Rick, he is very honest and straight forward. Some people thinks his honesty is critical but that is because those are people who want to be told things they want to hear. When Rick tells you straight up whats going on take the constructive criticism like an adult and deal with it. If you are a person that neglects your car and he tells you what it will take to bring it back to life that is something you have to deal with. That was me and I had to take constructive criticism like a big girl and own it. Rick prices are fair and work is amazing. His crew are decent people as well. Anywhere else you go I can promise you will get ripped off with pricing and other people will tell you, you need to fix things that really doesn't need fixing. Rick and his crew doesn't do that to you. Rick works with insurance companies, construction companies, Over the road trucking companies, Lawn companies and they all trust him and give great pricing. I am staying with Rick all the way. I will recommend Big Al's all day, EVERYDAY!! Thank you for fixing and painting my husband' personal truck and company Over the road truck. For the review below....Paul Keller...A car was brought to the shop with a woman asking if the shop could help her (I was a witness customer waiting for my car) Someone had scratched her car and was told that they "may" be able to save it without proper the proper painting procedures when repairing a scratch that is too deep. Turns out the scratch is indeed to deep (from the drivers door to rear quarter panel) after trying to fix the scratch the shop owner advised her that it is too deep and would need proper work to fix the scratch. The shop owner told her she would not be charged for the work since it was not fixed to the CUSTOMERS satisfaction. A quote was given to her for the car to be fixed correctly she takes the car and left. And now they decided to leave a horrible review after asking the owner to work on the car for free! That isnt fair and honest to the business owner who went out on a limb to attempt to help the customer! Especially after trying to help that customer for FREE and nothing in this world is free, Karma is a you know what and i hope it goes back to this customer.
