“My first time using Batteries Plus. I took my IPhone XR in for a replacement screen and was happily greeted by a very nice young man who said he would have my phone back to me in a couple of hours. I picked up my phone and all was well for a few hours. I started to notice glitches and strange things happening when I tried to use the phone. I went back several times but the phone never misbehaved when I was there. After 3 weeks of this and several different interventions to try to fix the issues I spoke with Mike who asked me to bring the phone in so they could put another screen on. Mine replaced my screen, added a new screen saver, FREE, and all has been well for several days. Thank you to Mike and Tyler for their support and dedication in helping to fix this problem.”

“I am thrilled with the service I received at Batteries Plus, aka "We Fix It", in Largo! Austin and the whole team is so kind, helpful and accommodating. My 2 month old Samsung suddenly lost touch screen ability. The whole team helped ensure that the insurance voucher was sent through to them correctly they could fix it under my warrantee. I greatly respect and appreciate each of them. Austin was especially amazing and a joy to talk to. He is so good at what he does...fixed 5 phones, including mine, all within one afternoon and without breaking a sweat. Trust me, call them first for all your cell phone repair needs, whether it is not working and/or broken, cracked, or just needs a port cleaning. They are so professional!
