I had a bad start to my morning and accidentally put motor oil in where my engine coolant was. Kyle was very understanding and went above and beyond in helping me drain the mix in my tank, when he didn’t have too. Definitely much appreciated for the help, will definitely come back just for his help in all car matters. Thanks

I went to see what was needed when my break lights went out. Kyle was amazing and very helpful.He took his time to look into it and helped replace both light bulbs. I highly recommend going to see Kyle. Thank you!

PJ was really helpful and answered all our questions.
He was very nice to us and also conversational, even though we arrived very close to closing time. He helped change a battery for us. It was a pleasant experience after what was initially a stressful situation. Thank you PJ!

Justin Christy is a huge asset to Autozone! I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for me. He greeted me right away, was ready to help me with any issue I had. I came in needing help with my break light… he helped me out and truly did more for me then an auto mechanic or even advanced auto parts… they were horrible to me. I am very thankful for Justin.

Went in looking for a simple flasher relay, and both employees that were there simply said, "Look in Isle 2 on the right if it's not there, sorry." We were the only guests there and apparently were a bother. So I went to another auto store and they were very happy to help us find what we needed so we spent out money there instead.

Great staff !!!!!!! Eric helped me with my car problem even when was ending his shift and PJ Dary helped me a lot too with my car lights these guys are the best. I drive 20mi having an Autozone near only because these guys always resolve your problem and in a friendly way.

Horrible customer service needed a wiper blade and asked for the wiper book that most stores keep in the wiper aisle and he stated we don't have one you need and you have to Google it instead of helping me. Meanwhile Im the only guy in the store and there were 4 employees there on their computers. People go to brick and mortar for help and customer service. Next time I'll just use Amazon
