I didn't even want to leave one star but I had no choice, and I promise you I'm 50 years old and I've never had a company be so heartless and not care that I'm stranded. It's one thing that we're frustrated when we're stranded but it's another thing to tell me that they didn't think they had to call me because they had an emergency call promise you you deal with this company and you will have bad results

I came out of the gym this morning as someone was attempting to tow my vehicle.I was parked DIRECTLY in front of the door, first available parking space. Nonetheless my vehicle was minutes away from being towed. It was connected, and lifted.The guy kept trying to convince me he was doing me a favor for lowering my vehicle-he said it more than a half dozen times.These predatory tow truck lo♥️er♥️ are towing vehicles parked legitmately. My vehicle was parked DIRECTLY in front of ANYTIME FITNESS. That sign that the tow guy pointed out isn't even in the area of where i was parked FOR THE 24/7 BL♥️♥️DY GYM!How much more "authorized" does one need to be than to be parked AS CLOSE AS IS LEGALLY POSSIBLE to a 24/7 business?

Very Rude, was in the school to get my kids and within 10 minutes they towed my car, this is where the school has parents park to pick up kids, for the last three yes. Charged 180.00. To take my car 2 miles, The people who work here are very very rude and heartless, NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THEY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!! Beware People!!

They have 1.9 starts - still too much.The name of the company is misleading. They will not recover your car, they will still it overnight from in front of your house.You will be lucky if they will not damage it. You really don't want to talk to them over the phone.

Horrible they have a contract with a local apartment building and as it is close to the holidays we had family here. The apartment building doesn't have enough visitors parking spaces, so my family parked beside them. They were towed in the middle of the night, they had to pay$170. My family will never come back. Angry. Let the apartment office know as well.

They threatened my wife, called her multiple profanities, and wouldn’t release my car until the cops made them because he claimed the vin was “fishy”. All of this because I moved my car to the street for 5 minutes so my wife could get in the garage while I cook. Honestly the worst people and company I’ve ever dealt with.

Absolutely dreadful company and I hope to never have the displeasure of dealing with them again. PREDATORY towing. Took my vehicle for "invalid registration" when I tried to show them my registration was current and asked why they didn't check my Vin (which they should have) they claimed they have no way to do it. It's right online guys. I checked with 3 other towing companies about the situation and each one said that it was wrong of them to tow my car and they're supposed to check the Vins beforehand. These people literally shrugged at me and said I don't know, and that's the way it is. I went back and called and a manager was supposed to reach out, never heard from anyone. Reps give the same answer "thats the way it is". They just want to rip people off and hope we hate dealing with them enough that they'll get to steal your money and you wont pursue it. Someone please shut them down and save us from them!

Towed me out of Monkey Bar parking lot. Been going there for 15 yrs with no problems taking Uber home. Came back at 9am to get myvehicle and these SCUM BAGS Towed it. The tow was $221 dollars and on the ticket it says #Tom Gone but not forgotten. I'm sure that piece of trash got what he deserved! A-1 got me once but never again!

This company is an absolute scam, my advice is to file a small claims lawsuit against them every time the steal your personal property.

I would give the no stars. They unlawfully and illegally towed my car from the front of my home. They are not legit. Their lot is littered with sharp debris that can puncture your tires. It’s like a prison yard. They’re an illegal group do not use them.

worst towing company in all of florida. POS! ruined my vehicle. stole 200 out of my wallet. had to bring vehicle into shop 1,500 later. they refuse to help or pay for anything on damages they've done.

They illegally towed my car. I will be filing a civil lawsuit. I was parked in front of a sign that said visitors parking. I WAS ILLEGALLY TOWED.
