Mail delivery person can't find front porch, and when she does she puts the packages on the grass just off the porch.... and if it needs a signature she don't even pull in the driveway,she leaves the tried to deliver paper in my mailbox. I'm waiting on a package to be returned to post office to get. I've been home all day to get it she didn't even come down my driveway.

So I was supposed to have my package delivered today by Amazon and United postal service was delivering it I have had FedEx and UPS deliver to my house and this lady could not find my address even on my account there are specific instructions add my phone number and they did not even bother to call

Unprofessional, I did a change of address over three weeks ago, even went to a different post office to fix the problem , still no official change of address papers nothing at all.

I have lived at the same address for 9 years and I have a very sweet lady mail carrier, and I have much respect for her working with her disability, having said that, within the last year I have had bills with checks in them not delivered, I dont know whos fault that is, but it was hand delivered to the post office.I

The blonde lady you have working the counter is rude and dismissive of the customers questions. She likes to talk over people and cuts them off. Very rude and disrespectful to the customer.

Never had a problem at the office but some of their drivers need to put people's mail in their own box instead of a ½ mile away in mine. And deliver the mail not take it back to the post office saying "customer request" so you have to go pickup your stuff that's supposed to be delivered.

I might get one of every three packages that i order from amazon. One of the mail routers that go towards gornto springs never delivers my packages to the right house, and to date, I've lost over $100 in packages and am so utterly frustrated with having to claim returns to Amazon all the time. At least once a week.

I just love Mrs. Nancy at old town post office.also our mail lady that comes to the house is so sweet and thoughtful. Thank you so much for all you hard work postal peeps.

These people are lazy and do NOT know how to read! They are disrespectful and rude to their customers. Worst post office I have ever been to they really need to work on their customer service skills.

Our carrier Rita is a thief she has stole mail from our mailbox the postmaster Steve has done nothing in order to stop the stealing or has the postal inspector done anything to help us with the Thief from Rita please be advised to watch what you were getting and when you are supposed to be getting it I am missing stemless checks bank statements and checks from customers some have been cashed and some have not
