Update #4; 6/11/24 Just over a year after the debacle of being hit by a careless driver, the clear coat is peeling. This confirms my previous concerns...moisture in the booth. If yours is a valuable, limited production vehicle, go elsewhere. Also, when they couldn't get the code to unlock my nav/stereo, i used the online "pay $10-20 and we'll find it, guaranteed" site, and had it within the hour. Pics don't lie, shoddy work and locked out of my own onboard electronics!

my truck arrived at tri county collision(TCC), on March 12, 2023. it was moved from caliber, when moon said he could do it better, for less, more quickly. I should have looked at the reviews; they're pretty awful. Had I, I would have. I was informed 2-3 weeks ago that they needed a clockspring for the steering column. They said they'd order it that day, and I'd have my truck in a week. Thats the third time I was told "just one more week"! I find out today, 5/31/23, that they don't have the part, and they haven't even checked on it!!! I asked him to email me the part number; he can't, only his wife can. I'lol be shocked if I don't have to call back! This joint is nothing like a real collision center; check TCC out, and then go look at Buchholz's operatio, there's no comparison! It seems they appeal to our frugal side, get the business, and then they no longer care for our input. I had to argue with them two weeks ago, just to be able to go take a picture of the truck; they were fully prepared to tell me that I couldn't see my $70k truck. Thankfully, I was in no mood to accept no as an answer to shit, and they quickly realized that I was not leaving without pics of their "progress" on my truck. Talk about awkward! I felt like half the shop had a hand on a gin, it was surreal! Please, please finish my $&@?%#+ truck, soon! 3 months is FAR too long to be without something I pay a grand a month for! I would NOT recommend! I recommend Buchholz. The other review on here is no better than mine, worse, maybe! Used parts, in new trucks, insurance paying for new, oem parts is not exactly the epitome of business integrity. My $.02.

Let me explain. My car was in there becuase I accidentally hit bambi. When I first got my car out my kia soul transmission hose wasnt hooked up. I bring it back in and they tell me my head gasket needed to be fixed. I called up there to find out that a mechanic that was working on my car had covid. I'm a step mom of three kids. When I got my car back today I was driving it and my husband noticed that something was off. Turns out there was more damage done to it. My oil was all over my engine and some wires were cut. I was missing two bolts on my transmission. So need less to say. If you have a kia soul do not bring it to them. They will break it more than it already is. After the third time of my kia being in the shop they finally got it right. They had enough nerve to say that I needed my license taken away all becuase I hit bambi. So if I had a choice I would have that place shut down for good. Rude staff and three time to get one job done. That's ridiculous. My husband could have had my car done in less time.

When no one else can...they most likly can. Not many real repair places left that have skilled welders and machinists so this is a place to check out for your repair needs! We had an old 98 Chevy Van that runs great but the cargo door hinge just froze up and broke the hinge. We tried several place and got no call backs after they saw what was broken. This place did what it took to rebuild it and it now operates better than new!Service: Welding
