The manager is a smart ass and talks to you like you're an idiot. I called to let them know that my boyfriend had bought breakfast sandwiches from them this morning and several hours later he was throwing up from the food and the manager could care less and tried to contradict everything I said to him. Instead of letting me finish what I was saying to him he became very defensive and very rude. Do not buy any food from the hot plate by the registers as they do not check these and change the food out as often as they should no matter what he tries to tell you. This is now the third time we have gotten bad food from them in the past several months.

I had a very disappointing experience with the general manager, May, at this Wawa. I placed a mobile pick-up order (#948), and the app said it was ready. When I arrived, I didn’t see it on the rack, so I asked at the counter. Instead of helping, May rudely told me I had to wait because she was still working on walk-in orders (#941) first. This makes no sense — mobile pick-up orders should be prioritized since they’re placed in advance with a ready time provided.
This isn’t the first time I’ve shown up when the app says my order is ready, only to find out it’s not. I understand staff can be busy, but it’s very frustrating when management doesn’t respect the system or the customer’s time. May’s attitude and poor prioritization made the experience even worse.

It is not that they aren't working !
I have been waiting 30 minutes for a simple food order . This is the 3rd time this has happened , online orders keep taking precedence over in person orders.
If you want to be LATE stop here and order food . As a customer waiting IN PERSON we should take the priority. I generally let things slide but this has past the point of ridiculous.

Avoid this Wawa. Nothing but homeless and trash hanging around and the refuse to do anything about it.

I was a weary traveller heading north after 2+ months on the road and stopped here for some tea in the middle of the night 9 days ago. The young man who was working that shift (early twenties, medium length hair) was so kind and attentive. Bathrooms were squeaky clean as well. Best Wawa ever.👍👍👍

I had trouble finding what I wanted to order. An associate “Yuri” super nice young lady came from behind the food counter and helped me. What a great personality and attitude. Very pleasant I hope Wawa gives her a thousand dollars! We laughed together I am not sure if screen changed or I am blind it was right in front of me only at the bottom. Thank you

Went in for dinner and twice i was told they didn't have what I wanted and it'll take to long to make fresh. I love some of the people who work there and the food is amazing sometimes but to be told twice by the same person is very upsetting.

I went to Wawa to put gas and get some food. I spent more than half an hour waiting for my food for them to tell me to re-order it because they didn’t have it. I saw the employees getting my sandwich they was almost made and throw it in the garbage because they didn’t know what they were doing I will not return to this wawa again
