Went in for dinner and twice i was told they didn't have what I wanted and it'll take to long to make fresh. I love some of the people who work there and the food is amazing sometimes but to be told twice by the same person is very upsetting.

They changed their pretzels to some kind of awful pretender. It has a pretzel shape but tastes like disappointment. It shouldn't even be called a pretzel. If you travel up the east coast every WaWa has a good pretzel until you reach Florida. Customer service is great. Their sandwiches are great. Bring back real pretzels... read full comment
