CALL CENTER CANNOT DO ANYTHING BUT YOUUU!!!!PASSPORT DIGITAL COPY, CAN'T YOU PROVIDE SIMPLE ASSISTANCE?! YOU JUST THROW US AWAY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLING THE 1-800?? So sick of you!!!! Worst and worstttt WALGREENS!!!

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had in my life. I just moved to the area and I had a telehealth doctor call in a prescription here no one told me there was a problem. The pharmacy tech who helped me this afternoon even told me how much it was going to be to charge my insurance.When I went to pick up the black girl with braids gave me so much unnecessary attitude it was embarrassing for her and for this establishment. At first she told me the prescription wasn't ready yet, after they told me 4 hours ago that it would be ready in a few hours. After that she told me she couldn't fill the prescription because I was not a resident. I informed her that I am a resident but she still said she could not fill a prescription for a doctor that is 50 mi or more away from Okeechobee.You could tell she got a particular sense of glee to be able to tell me that if I had a problem that I could tell the pharmacy manager who would be there on Monday, this conversation took place on Friday mind you.I will never step foot back in this place.

I have 2 scripts, 1 is for ubrevly and 1 is for imetrex. They are both migraine medicine. It's like having tylenol and advil, both used for headaches but different. They will not give me them because they both for migraines. So I asked if I could at least have 1. And they refused. So now I have nothing. It is literally something every time I go there. If you can avoid this place, save yourself the headache

Pulled up to window for Covid testing,the girl at window was in a panic. She disappeared and I kid you not 16 minutes!!! I waited and no and I mean No One came to the window!!! 16 minutes WTH! The line behind me was long where did she even go???? She just disappeared. P.s I never was tested and I live 40 minutes from here,I'm not happy and rest assured I will never ever come here again.

Shopping is a pleasure here. They have the products I use at affordable prices and if the products I use are not available they have comparable items that meet the quality standards and prices to make up for it. Staff is always on hand and ready to help if need arises.

The kindest pharmacist went out of his way to make sure I had my medication that no one else could get for me and made sure I was able to start it as soon as possible. Shout out to the pharmacy at the okeechobee location for keeping their customers safe and healthy 10/10

Had issues with a lesser pharmacy and insurance. Gary did %110 to fix it all and help me get my prescription at reasonable price and even same-day. Couldn't be more appreciative! Never had that kind of caring service from a pharmacy before. So glad he was there

If I could give negative I would! Took them hours to fill a prescription. My husband was able to finally pick up and didn't know there were two. When I call previously to check up on it it SAID two!!!! I call back to see where the other one is and they didn't fill it!!!!!!!!!! This prescription we were already waiting for for hours now said it would be done in 90 MINUTES! I told them I couldn't wait that long because my 11 month old had an allergic reaction to a medication he hadn't had before and had hives. It was an allergy medication. So they put me on hold to talk to the pharmacist. Guess what? I waited on hold til 1:30 then it went to an automatic voicemail saying the pharmacist is now on break til 2! I'm done using them after I get these meds. They are worthless POS!

They hardly ever answer the phone in the pharmacy- you can be sitting waiting on something and the phone just rings and rings no one answers it

Absolute worst pharmacy in Okeechobee county hands-down the worst! Always understaffed always slow pharmacist runs late all the time which means they can't open until he or she comes. Today pharmacist was 15 minutes late for work. Unacceptable. Go to Publix or CVS. You'll get much better service.

The pharmacy is the worst ever. Always never get my prescriptions right! Mixed my medicine and I almost ended up in the hospital. The female pharmacist wants to argue even if she is wrong! They never get the amount of the medication right and screws up my insurance. They took my allergies off my profile .Such a disgrace. Someone could actually die!

I ordered a photo book and the pictures were TERRIBLE quality. These were professional pictures that came out grainy and looked like they were printed on regular copy paper. There was also black smudges on the boarder of the pictures. They were then stapled together and slid into a cover but they were not attached to the binding so my stapled pictures fell out of the book. Even though I explained the issue, she wouldn't let me dispose of the pictures myself. She insisted that I give them to her if I wanted my money back. This was the manager and she had a bad attitude from the start. I will never order a photo book from Walgreens again!
