Thanks to all all the unfriendly unhelpful employees (at the contractor desk) that made me feel much less guilty for going to Home Depot. Y’all lost a good local customer today. Good news is Home Depot was happy to make 2 cuts on a 2x12 for me. Not even one eye roll.

The absolute worst …..every department is beyond rude and literally says “ we are busy and don’t have time “or “ nope” then hangs up the telephone. Will not provide Ms Wall’s contact or return call even to our corporate office which is a huge account with W and W. Consider going elsewhere

The store is clean and well organized. The people are friendly and helpful. Staff are knowledgeable (and you won't interrupt them playing on their phones like other stores around here).Highly recommend!

I have been a customer here for over 30 years. I have always received good service, both on the phone and in the store. I have paid more for some material when compared to a box store but the quality of the material is much better. Also, you get immediate help and have your questions answered by people who are friendly and experienced.

One person working outside in the lumber yard on a Saturday morning. Store is busy. They need more than one person outside. All we needed was a piece of screen.

Not sure how to say I feel about this place. They’ve done great service for me in the past. Hopefully if my window screen is fixed tomorrow as the gentleman says the person who cuts them should. Hopefully it won’t take a whole week for my order. I’ll leave a more positive review.

I want everyone to see this review. For those of you who have a kia or Hyundai, and you need a key made be sure to check out W&W lumber. The reason I say this is I have a Kia van and I needed a key made for it, and it wasn't able to be made anywhere not even a locksmith and I had to contact the dealership to have it made. I received the key from the dealership and the key works for door and motor but It sticks a little when trying to start the vehicle and you have to Jimmy the key. I had a spare key made and a big box hardware store and it would not start the car it only opened the door. Anyway I went to WWE lumber with the key that I received from the dealership and they were able to cut me a key and it worked and started the car and with no sticking or having to Jimmy the key it is better than the key I got from the dealership which I paid over $60 for. The clerk Roger at W&W lumber even said give me your key that doesn't open the door or start the car he took that key and re-cut it with his machine and now that key that I got from a big box store that didn't work it works now as well thanks to Roger at W&W lumber. always, a friendly staff at W&W number local hometown people for local hometown service I love wnw numbers make sure to stop at www instead of one of your big box stores they'll have what you're looking for as well and if they don't they can order it. thanks Roger and all the friendly stuff at W&W lumber.

Some of the help was very friendly but also acted like they couldn't be bothered.but guy at the cashier was rude and dismissive . They were not covid-19 protective. No masks at all and did not request customers to wear them either. It's a nice store but felt uncomfortable asking questions so I left.
