I was visiting a friend in Okeechobee and I was having issues with my iphone15. I came into the local Verizon and a young lady by the name of Zerenity was very helpful she greeted me with a hello and smile. She worked very patiently and well organized. Zerenity found the solution to the problem. She should be appraised for her great extraordinary customer service. A+ will definitely return.
