Price was high but Johnny was able to come help me on a Saturday night after hours when my vehicle got stuck due to heavy rain. Highly recommend them, they got me out in no time and the vehicle didn’t take a hit.

If I can give 0 star I would terrible service you call and the guy sounds drunk doesn’t care about his customers. Terrible customer service doesn’t know how to talk to his customers. People like this shouldn’t be in business this company will go out soon.

Excellent fast service. The tire truck was out to me same day and did a quick and outstanding job. It's nice to see a professional at work. 10/10 would highly recommend Total Roadside. Definitely worth every penny.

Thank you, Jeremy & Tabitha Larue, and their knowledgeable hard-working team for providing the best service. I highly recommend Total Roadside Services. Not only did they tow us to their shop, but they also provided the best quality service work on our diesel truck. Full service on you motorhome and all vehicles. They had us back on the road in less time than I anticipated. Overall we are extremely happy and we will call Total Roadside Services with any issues while in Florida and we recommend you do too.

The service experience was characterized by egregious waiting times and a lack of attention to customer needs. Furthermore, staff appeared more focused on socializing among themselves rather than assisting customers, resulting in suboptimal service quality.

We recently had an unexpected breakdown in the middle of nowhere, and Total Roadside Services came to our rescue. Our truck had a very unusual issue with the fuel pump that required coordination with a separate repair shop in Tampa. Despite the complexity of the situation, Jeremy and his team handled everything with professionalism and dedication.
Jeremy worked tirelessly to ensure that our truck was back on the road as quickly as possible. His communication was excellent, and he made sure that we were satisfied with every step of the repair process. From tires to towing to mechanical repairs, they cover it all for cars, trucks, motorhomes, and semi-trucks.

Jeremy and team at Total Roadside went out of their way to help me repair/replace parts on my truck in one day. They even picked my vehicle up for me and returned it in the same day. Highly recommend!
