I’ve been to the ups store a handful of times over the last few months since they moved into the Publix plaza. I’m always greeted and helped fairly quickly most of these times I’m helped by Reyna very knowledgeable and does her best to get me the best price for whatever I’m sending off !

Great service! 10/10 all workers are very friendly and approachable. I had manager Reina help me with an Amazon return package, she was very helpful because I wasn’t too sure on how the returns worked. Overall this location has great staff members and work well as a team.

RIP OFF. I regularly drop my Amazon returns off here..
Just the item & slips not in a box like Amazon says. Today Corey charged me $24.99 saying it needs to go in a box & I must pay for it. Why didn't I have to pay the last 3 times??? No doubt Corey just pocketed $24.99.

Had 2 sets of passport photos taken here. (One set for passport and one set for professional license). The photos did not meet passport photo requirements and they refused to retake without recharging. I ended up having county retake them. Same price and they assure they meet requirements, or retake.

Avoid this place for Amazon returns. I use CVS and they never give me any problems or make me buy boxes.

Make sure you get a copy of your contract if you sign up for a mailbox. I did not get a copy of the contract when I originally signed up or when I renewed it. I was charged for picking up a package that was delivered on Friday afternoon and came in Wednesday to pick it up. Take note that you have 5 days to pick up your package, which includes the day it was delivered to them. I was not aware of the 5 day rule, since I was not given a copy of the contract. I will be sure to have it given to me by end of week. They said I should have known. They refuse to accept the blame for not providing me with the contract so I would be aware of the 5 day rule. They think giving me a discounted late fee should have made me happy. What a joke. How about providing me with the printed out contract in the first place, which would have allowed me to avoid a fee in the first place. It's too hard for them to understand the logic in this and would rather place the blame on me rather than where it truly belongs, which is on them for failing to provide me with a written copy of the contract. Needless to say, I will not be renewing when it comes due.
Also my 8 day comment had nothing to do with you telling me about 5 days. It was based on my mailbox that I had in Inverness. You know what they say about assuming. Saying bullshit is too hard for your liberal staff to hear I guess. Well that is exactly what it was. Bullshit. Also, I should not have to request a copy of my contract. You should have provided it, period!!! I will be in there on Saturday to receive the copy that you should have provided from the very beginning. Are you going to charge me for that too? There is no getting around the fact that your staff failed to do their job, no matter how hard you try to make it otherwise. Also, tell your employee to stop talking over people when they are trying to talk. It is very rude and unprofessional.

I understand business have to make money but this people are always trying to make you paid for things that others UPS stores won’t charge you
A 12” x 20” x 12” box and prep $32, hmmm of don’t think so
