I waited over a week to be able to get an appointment with Helen. I was told she was on vacation for the week I had wanted, so I opted to wait a week until she returned and scheduled my appointment accordingly. I arrived a few minutes early only to be told that it was Helen's day off. I'd driven 45 minutes to get there. Their inefficiency is unacceptable.

My first visit was fantastic! Clean, inviting shop. Staff speaks great English, were also engaged and funny in the interaction with clients and each other! Music was not too loud and modern in a fun and easy way. Price for service could not be beat! I'll be coming back regularly!

The salon was very efficient, the nail stylists were friendly and spoke English, helpful for some of the elderly that were there.

This place and the people who work for the owner are sweet. However the owner who is more to me like a little b**** is the most rudest nail tech I’ve ever gave business to. This man literally tried to turn me away after I’ve been sitting in his nail salon for over an hour with my TWO children. He got mad because I asked him to let me choose a different color after he had assumed I was putting the same color on that I had come in to change. He kept giving me excuses from the very beginning as to why I couldn’t choose a different color. As he went to sit to paint I told him I didn’t understand why he was so against me changing my color and that I didn’t like the color he was about to apply and I would like the other color I had chose. This man literally told me to get up and wait for the next person to paint my nails even though I had been there for over an hour and was a returning customer there to have my nails fixed because the acrylic was standing a whole inch from my actual nail bed!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Not to mention the guy has no consideration for his elderly customers as the woman who could barely walk asked for a pen to sign the receipt and all he did was point to where one was instead of walking to it himself to grab it for her. These people will make you wait for over an hour with or without an appointment. Go to friendly nails or pro nails and you will be much happier!!!!

They charge me a new price every time I come and never stick to the prices listed on the wall. It usually doubles for a basic French manicure

Didn't do my eyebrow the way I wanted. They insisted on doing it there way. Wants very happy losing 20 dollars to still have to them

Went in to get a gel pedicure and the young guy did a very bad job on filing and placing the gel polish. There were bumps everywhere and parts of my toe nails were missing polish. Very upset not worth my money. I could of done better.

I have been going here since I moved to Okeechobee. I have had luck with only two of the nail techs. I paid for a gel set and two days later they peeled off. I went back in and they didn't fix them and just butchered my nails. Once again they peeled off and when I went in to get them fixed they were rude. Will not be going back.

I was visiting from Phoenix and needed a full set. The nail tech that I had did an excellent job. He took his time perfecting the shape & it has been 4 weeks without even a chip in the polish.
