I have been to this store 5 times to upgrade my iPhone. Every time I’ve gone in there I’ve waited around and no one has even greeted me. I’ll either go to a different store or just upgrade online. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.

Just about everyone in this store is self proclaimed “Expert” in every issue I’ve had, yet when asked for specific details on each issue I’m met with “uhhs, umms, and I don’t know?” Like seriously some under qualified, self absorbed employees you’ve got T-Mobile

Went in the store to trade my phone in and upgrade and they told me I couldn’t because of my plan which I called corporate and they said yea I could , I spoke to assistant manager Jasmin and told her what corporate said and she then said she would credit us for the trade but when we went in to pick up the new phone they wouldn’t , even had the store manager come in and her reply was corporate doesn’t know what they are talking about. So I called corporate again they had me go to another store to have them correct everything and amazingly the other store in Port St. Lucie corrected everything and was very nice about it . So beware of the store in Okeechobee they will screw you and they don’t care what corporate says .. I didn’t even want to give the store 1 star.

This store is so lqbtq+ friendly! I saw 2 homeless people fighting out front and staff let it slide, I did however lose $20 to my boy on a wagered bet. When I entered the store the big dog(light skinned) manager helped us to the MOST BEST PHONE my moneies can buy! a motorola moto G pure. My mom says the phone fits me and my accomplished style! Im more handsome she said! Yay! Here is a photo with me and my new phone!

We have been with Sprint for 5 years and have 4 phone lines and they wouldn't help me or my husband because the account was in my sons name but I am the person who pays for the entire bill and I had the password, security question, and the card on the account. Call Sprint way better and they will not charge activation fee

Cannot get their stuff together. 3 days of 1 to 2 hours of time trying to get sprint account changed to t mobile.One employee tries to help 3 people at one time.Still do not know if what they did works!

I've been thought two screen protectors in less then 3 months of buying a $1.000.00 phone warranty charged 7.99 on last one for shipping sent me the wrong one now I have NO PROPTECTOR on my screen and waitng for a phone call to see if and when I can get one just hope nothing happens to my screen the one they but on 2 weeks ago wrinkled
