Had amazing customer service at the SW Okeechobee store. Despite being very busy, Dru was racing around filling orders promptly. She knows her clients and makes buying paint an enjoyable experience. And the paint quality is far superior and covers very well. Worth the extra money.

I thought the 4% surcharge was only going to be added to paint. I never indirect my bill until my last purchase and realized they charged it to even a roll of tape and rollers. They lost a loyal customer and business. I hope the surcharge compensates for business lost.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Convenient advanced order option via app or phone call to store. Reliable color mix. Most base formulas are quality. Supplies are substantially over-priced. Inconvenient making a second stop at a hardware store to purchase supplies for 1/3 of SW prices... not to mention their limited supply of the basics- like buckets, drop cloths, screens, rollers, brushes, etc. Convenient location with ample parking.

Gentleman at the store very friendly and courteous but the paint that I got for the price that I paid I was totally dissatisfied I'm more likely to go back to buying my paint from Home Depot because of this purchase

They are disrespectful, some scammers starting with the manager reserve one thing for you and then sell it to the highest bidder and after handling 100 miles to pay for the n95 masks you reserved they tell you they don't have and they cheat you. they take advantage of one's need to take care of health. they hang up your phone and are not able to show their faces.
