I hired Sharon Nipper to do my 2021 taxes back in April. It was a week for deadline. She was very busy with other returns. So she said she would file a extension. She never did. It's now September. I can not get a return phone call from her. She has my tax papers and refuses to return then ot return my phone calls. I have now had to get law enforcement involved. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Hideous! It's been over 4 months since she was supposed to e-file our taxes and she STILL has not filed them. We paid her for her services over 4 months ago, she doesn't come into her office, her voicemail is full so you can't leave a message and when we do get her on the phone, all we get are excuses. We can't even get her to print them out and give them to us to mail in if she won't do her job. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!
