Easy access location, reasonable prices, on facility staff, a family business rather than a chain.

I like this facility better then the other options in town. They are a bit out in the country but make up for it in prices and cleaner units. I learned when the office is closed they are probably full. I left a message with them and they returned my call fairly quick. I had to go on a short wait list before I got a unit but it was worth it.

Very clean units. Down to earth service. Great prices. I've recommended them to many.

The prices have really gone up on their storage fees and we used to have storage that was safe outside with the old manager but since he left they upped their prices and told us to remove our large boat that had been broken into and a bunch of our stuff stolen and damaged the boat. Gates are no longer locked after dark and security stinks! People complained about the dogs under the former manager, but they always warned about anything going on and the manager was helpful and friendly and kept an eye out and knew his customers on site and often by name. Now we pay quite a bit more for a lot less service and I'm really looking for a solution to avoid paying $215 a month for a storage unit that I no longer feel secure about, other than us taking every precaution we can to make sure our property is safe. I find it ridiculous to pay such prices just because you have no other means of storage! That's just wrong and a bad way to run a business, but hey, they're making money, what do they care? 😡😪 It's just sad that people get taken advantage of because they have no other means or solutions. If you can find some place cheaper and more secure, I suggest you take it! Over $2500 a year to store things you have no place for and it's not truly safe? Where's the bargain in that? And I had so many precious items stolen off the boat that sat for years under the former manager without any problems and a much lower cost! It just stymies me how a business can think that's fair and expect a high rating. I see right and wrong and there is no gray here. Yes, I know I have a choice to look elsewhere, but that's not possible right now, unfortunately or I would have. I strongly suggest better business practices especially in a town this size with it's economic woes. You may not live here but the people you serve do, at least part of the year!
