A friend of mine recently purchased furniture and paid to have it delivered. She was informed that it couldn’t be delivered that day because the delivery truck had broke down. She was informed that it would be delivered the next day instead. She waited and waited and when she called the store twice, all she was told was that the driver would call on the way. If one pays to have a delivery made, at least the customer should be given a doable time frame and not be made to waste their day waiting. This is a good example of poor service
