I haven't been there in a good while. But there was a woman and man working there. The place was filled with cigarette smoke. And there were 3 very young little girls running all over the store. Not appropriate for a bussines at all.

I can't understand the comment about the man who works there being rude and self-centered. If the reviewer is talking about Kevin, that's just plain false. Kevin actually gets to know his customers and is great to talk to. Always asks about specific things going on, like "How's your job at the doctor's office going?" If their selection was a little bit more robust, this would be a 5-star review.
