I used to believe this shop was a great place that used to take pride in its work. During the last 2 occasions I've taken my vehicle (2010 Dodge Challenger) to get the oil replaced I noticed not once but twice that the oil drain plug wasn't tightened. Having a loose oil drain plug resulted in my vehicle coming close to the point of having no oil at all. Since some of their employees don't give a damn this'll be the last place I ever consider taking my car to. I'm better off servicing my own oil.
