Staff was ok. Not good and not bad. They just gave us the nasty eye look. They'll watch you like u trynna steal just cause u can't find what u r looking for lol. Just ... it's ok.

Beware: don’t order online for in-store pickup unless you’re ready for an hour and a half headache with still no resolution. I’m not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones as I know how much it affects the businesses online presence. However, today was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a store and company. Assistant manager and manager aren’t much help and really don’t know what customer service is. Did you know if Walmart online messes something up and you call their 800 number, they make it right, right away. Not this company! Pet supermarket online and pet supermarket stores operate as two entirely different operations. I’ve never seen anything like this before! It’s unfortunate as I’ve shopped at Pet Supermarket for years but after today, they’ll be used as a last resort in our tiny town.

This is a very nice place to shop for your pet. They have shelves and shelves of different kinds of food, lots of toys for all kinds of pets, lots of collars and halters for any size and live bunnies, fish and parakeets.

I don't leave a lot of reviews but after the top notch customer service I experienced I thought I would share. From the moment I entered and was greeted by your employee Dustin, his customer service was top tier. The ability to read his customers as well as manage expectations while avoiding to make customers wait was incredible. I've even seen him use active listening while proactively managing customer frustration. His amazing attitude will make you come back and feel like family. Someone who always asks for feedback and has an extensive product knowledge base that will save you money and match your needs for any pet solution. The craziest thing is if he doesn't know something he will make a support team out of the rest of the employees. I have to commend Dustin on his competence and empathy all these things will tell you right away that you're not just a customer you're a member of his family and that's what brings me back everytime.

Really wish the staff was more knowledgeable and helpful on finding the proper things you need for your pets. I wasn't offered any kind of assistance with anything and wandered around for almost 2 hours trying to figure everything out on my own
