My "Service" LOVE went in for a hysterectomy and came out with a HERNIA!
NOW, ALL HER INTESTINES ARE OUTSIDE HER BODY!

They are the best Vet I have ever been to! Everyone who works there is compassionate and kind hearted to the animals! Took my 3 year old French Bulldog Dior in for a neuter a week ago. I’ll definitely be a life long customer now and I’ll be bringing all my future animals here as well! They have a fantastic system and I love everything about this place! Thank you for helping our pup.

They were able to get my dog in right away. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Tests were done and a quick diagnosis. Meds were sent home and my dog is back to himself.

Even though it's not what I wanted to hear I finally have an answer after 1 months or so of stress not knowing what is the real issue with my boy Patroclo ❤️ thank you so much for your help and thank you for pointing me in the right direction on what my next step is ?❤️? it's worth the travel from Psl highly recommended

I just love this place. I’ve been taking my dogs here for years. The staff here is always kind. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and concerns, and friendly. I would never go anywhere else.

Go somewhere else. Everyone sings praises for this place so I decided to use them when my fur baby's cancer began to rapidly progress beyond her comfort and I wanted her to go peacefully without the cancer causing her anymore pain. This place is greedy and only cares about money and how they're going to be getting it from you. In the middle of my final few minutes with my sweet old fur baby, while the vet tech was out of the room drawing up that final shot, someone else came in to discuss the payment. I wasn't even anywhere near ready to checkout nor should I have had to sit there and listen to someone heartlessly yapping about getting money during those final precious moments while I held my baby and cried my eyes out. The vet tech I had was lovely and much more caring but everyone else has absolutely horrible bedside manner and I have no plans to ever recommend this place or use them again.

It was the end of time for our sweet Jazzie. We realized this late one evening. I went on Facebook and asked for recommendations. Many times over, this was the vet that people recommended that was the best in town. It was after hours, but I still reached out anyway on Facebook. Someone was sweet enough to go above and beyond after hours and respond to my message. We showed up the next morning and were handled with lots of care, grace, and compassion. My daughter received a momento box with a paw print and two weeks later we received a card in the mail signed by the whole staff. As hard as this experience it was, they made it easier than expected.

Unfortunately we had to put our Boxer down. I want to say hands down the most real and caring vet I have ever experienced. From the front door until we left. We have six pups currently and we will be transferring all here.

My animals have been a patient there at the hospital since 1984 and I have paid hundreds and thousands of dollars into this clinic and then when I needed them the most and asked if I could wait 2 weeks to pay the bill. I was turned down and my poor little cat passed away last night. All because I could not get him into the vet without having cash
