These people are so deceitful. I needed a new phone, so they talked me into adding a line for a discount. They said I could come back in 30 days to discontinue my old line. They were nice then, but I came back and then they said they can't do that in the store. Awful...

Liz was the most unprofessional Metro Pcs employee I have ever experienced. We live in the country and have poor cell coverage. I called customer service, They offered a signal booster. Liz told me customer service lies all the time to our customers. We do not have signal boosters. I told her I had my own tech shop and this is not customer service. Liz told me, first of all this is not your store, this is my store and secondly, if you don't like the service go somewhere else, you need to leave my store I am closing. I left a Corporate complaint. This woman needs a job cleaning toilets to go with her mouth not in the customer service industry.

Chica was awesome, and quickly got us switched over from Verizon to T Mobile. By switching, even factoring in the cost of an agreement to pay off our contract with Verizon, we will be saving $167.00 a month. Don't continue to pay $272.00 a month for two Verizon phones, when you can pay $105.00 a month for more perks and better service, on two T-Mobile phones. Americans, switch while the switching is good
