Be careful with LIBRE TAX, they are scammers, you ask for the refund directly to your account and she puts it to receive it by check after she makes you sign the paperwork with information from your checks. I received the check from April 11 and they did not contact him at all if it was not because I called directly and complained and he still says that he had my phone number wrong, even though he had my email, he did not make the slightest effort to notify me. These Ladies are so dedicated to making sure all the T’s are crossed and the I’s all have dots. Been using this firm for years and have never seen a frowning face in this office. Great Gals very friendly and hospitable. I’m seriously thinking about booking a family vacation through their travel agency. What a great lil place.

Do not do your taxes with them, they did my taxes last year and it was a mess and now I’m doing my taxes somewhere else and I called to request my last year taxes and they don’t have it. They don’t have a record of taxes they did last year. Wth

I was the only one at the place and it took 2 hours to do a regular file and another hour for them to get my 50 to me because they didnt have it. Insanely long and unorganized. Its sad cuz the women r very nice but proffessionally this is not the plaxe to get your taxes done.

. When you called her phone number they state that they are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 5pm. I just conducted a 80 mile round trip to their office and they were not open today is Wednesday 1035 a.m. I have also called and left multiple messages to no avail. No return phone calls. I believe they must be out of business. Do not use this branch of Liberty Tax Service .
