Don't think you are going to get your curb side pick up like expected! Sat out there for 30 min and finally went. Nobody knew anything as usual. They advertise all this service but never have anyone intelligent enough to run the program.

This is one of the few Home Depots I have come across that actually staffs the check out registers. For this reason they rate 5 stars for me. They carry the usual mega hardware store assortment and have fair prices. Enjoy shopping here.

Yesterday was the first Saturday of the month and that marked a very important day at Home Depot: The Monthly Kids Workshop! This workshop is designed for kids of all ages to come with an adult and build something from the hours of 9am-12pm. Every month the children build something different and upon completion, they receive a pin and certificate. Home Depot provides the building kit, the tools, the paint, and an adorable Home Depot apron! This workshop is also completely FREE!! Yes, you read that right...free! This free kids workshop is offered at Home Depots nationwide and by getting online you can easily google the store closest to you that offers the workshop. Building should be a basic skill, and some kids don't have parents who can teach them how, or may not have the materials, tools or supplies to do so. Little things like how to hammer a nail, or use measuring tape are also excellent for hand-eye coordination and sensory enhancement. Not to mention, the growth of confidence a child will receive from completing a project! The list of benefits from learning to build something from scratch is a very long one. If you have a child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or a friend with a child, share this workshop with them, so more kids can become experienced builders! I am very impressed with Home Depot for providing such an enriching activity for the children in their communities. Home Depot deserves a kudos for giving back, because we parents really appreciate it. Thanks Home Depot!

The rudest managers I have ever dealt with and the corporate office is just as bad. This was not the first time I have had a problem with things I have purchased from here but it will for sure be the last. They do not care about customer satisfaction and the installation companies they hire are just as crappy. Save your selves the headache and do not buy from here

My 84 year old mother purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot, it was delivered and set up. However the technician did not turn the water on or demonstrate how to use it. Additionally, it made a grinding sound. After several conversations via telephone she was still confused and called the Home Depot for a resolution. She was told they didn't have anyone to help her, she could call a local repair shop or return the washer. Not happy!

As long as Home Depot is in business, I'll never go into Lowe's again. Home Depot always has helpful, friendly staff, good deals, everything I need to do almost anything I want, and is in a great location in Okeechobee, here.
