Had an amazing experience purchasing a car here. I bought another car earlier in the year at another dealership and it took almost 4 hours to get out of there. Nathan took such great care of us and the whole process including the test drive, them filling up the tank, detailing the car and the paperwork took 90 minutes. Nathan had a great sense of humor and was not pushy at all, he just helped us get the right vehicle for our family. I highly recommend Gilbert Ford for your next car purchase!

I was well aware of dealerships and how agressive some can be. But at Gilbert Ford that was not the case at all. Lee and Nathan did a great job showing and explaining everything I wanted to know. Both did not pressure me to buy the truck. Lee found discounts that I had forgotten about making the price more attractive. Overall I am very pleased with both gentleman and would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to give them a shot at your business. Very happy with the truck, my F350 Lariat in Glacier Grey gets tons of complements. This thing has tons of power

Many thanks and much appreciation to Nathan Liscomb for my recent experience in getting my new 2024 Ford Explorer. I previously had a 2019 Kia Sorento and had many issues with it since I got it off the lot and continued to get the run around in dealing with the Kia dealership. My family has known Nathan and his family for years and we consider them to be very good people. Upon my frustration with Kia I reached out to Nathan to see if he would be able to help me out in getting another vehicle. Within two days Nathan worked his magic and was able to get me into a brand new 2024 Ford Explorer within two days! Thanks again Nathan for everything you did in order to make this possible.

Very poor service. Had an appointment for 10:00 AM to do a recall item on my 2014 F-150. Arrived on time and was told that it would take 30 min to a hour. Documents were clearly "marked customer waiting," At noon, after waiting for an hour pass time told, went and checked the status. Rep said, "Oh it is ready but she went to lunch. I don't know why they put it on her desk" He then to proceed with the completing the paper work. Handed me the keys and said, "Here you go, sorry for the delay." I ask, "Where is the truck?" Rep, "I don't know." He did go an find it. Part of the delay was when I went to check on the status, there was customer at desk getting an appointment for service. That took over 20 minutes. So, be advice if you in for service and plan on "waiting," pack a lunch.

Effect that they provide pick up and drop off, but they take too long to do the work when car is at pick up and drop off but when waiting for vehicle they are very efficient

Found the truck I wanted for a while and got the process going over the phone, everything went smooth, quick and I only spend about 1 hour at the dealership as a whole, getting there and rolling off the lot in my brand new truck, if you need anyone to help you Nathan is a good choice as he made it very easy and answered any questions i had.

Purchased a new vehicle from Gilbert Ford. My salesperson Nathan Liscomb was excellent. The entire process was clear, professional, and efficient. I never left my desk; all the arrangement were completed by Nathan electronically. His service and professionalism was first rate.
