Very poor customer service. It took someone to check me in after standing in the lobby for about 10-15min. The advisors did not approach me right away while being available. Meghan was my service advisor she treated me as if I was a nobody. She was giving off an attitude when she had to help me after the gentleman in service asked her to. And while I asked her questions about my service she was very short with her responses she did not provide any detailed information. As a customer I shouldn’t feel like a bother and that’s exactly how she made me feel. My FIRST time experience wasn’t the greatest at Gilbert Ford Service.

We recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Gilbert Ford and we could not have had a better experience. Because we live out of state, our salesman Nate FaceTimed us to show us the Jeep and answer any questions we had. His representation of the vehicle was very accurate. He guided us through the paperwork in a professional and timely manner and he really took the time to get to know us. Simply stated, this was the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had buying a used or a new car!

Nathan went all out to make our purchase a breaze. The vehicle was detailed and ready to go when we came to pick it up. The transaction fees were very reasonable.

Outstanding service! Went up and beyond to help me! Very friendly! No wait, took me right in! Brandy was amazing. She explained every little detail that was going to be done on my car. My experience at Ford in Okeechobee was phenomenal! Ben Levins got me into a 2021 Ford Escape at a price that works for my family's budget! I am picked out my car on a Thursday night and by Saturday I was driving it off the lot!

I had one particular car in mind when I visited Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee Fl. I had a great test drive and Ben made the purchase and trade in of my old vehicle very easy. He and the financial manager shopped around for the best loan rate for me. Since I was purchasing a used vehicle, I also purchased an extended warranty that covered just about everything my car might need covered. If and when I need another car in the future, I’ll certainly return to Gilbert’s.

When having my car priced for trade in the guy taking pictures (Eric the blind guy). Got in my car and spilled a full soda all over the floor, then proceeded to say he didn't do it... when I know there is no way he couldn't have known that he did it. Take your money and time somewhere where the workers actually care about your vehicle. He couldn't even man up and admit to his mistake.. what a real winner you guys have at this establishment
