Outstanding customer service and vehicle repair quality assurance. Collision Center staff (Marshall and Katie) were very professional and courteous throughout the entire repair process. Marshall worked with our insurance carrier to complete the required paperwork and had it ready for our signature prior to our arrival. Thank you to Marshall and Katie for making this first time experience a pleasant one!

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU VALUE CLARITY.. My husband hit a raccoon and it was minimal under carriage damage.. They told us to hold on to our car while they ordered parts. Then we take them our car and they said they should be done by that Thursday. We call that Thurs. For the status and they said they needed more parts. Then said it should be done by Thursday. So we call today because it's Thursday and they tell us they ordered more parts and now with no clarity or helpfulness we are out a car a week longer than estimated and now 2 weeks without a car and no clear answer on when we will have our car back again.Service: Body & Trim

I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my truck. I would highly recommend Gilbert collision center. Becky was very informative about the work they were doing for me. She kept me updated as to the progress they were making and said I could reach out anytime if I had any questions or concerns. She definitely kept my nerves at bay and made me really comfortable with leaving my truck with these experienced professionals. Marshall was very thorough when going over the work that was done to my truck. And when it came time to pay, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing with the credit card machine, zipped it right through and handed it right back to me. It would’ve been nice if he smiled as he handed it back but work that’s was done, I really can’t complain. Like I said, professional through out this whole facility. If I ever need work like this done in the future there’s no doubt I will be back to see Becky and the rest of her staff. I will be sure to let my friends and family know as well. Top notch service guys! Thanks for everything! A customer for life... Gilbert has it!
