I couldn't be more impressed with Gilbert Chevrolet and the excellent customer service I received with the purchase of my recent vehicle. I was dreading the process and had put it off the purchase because of it. But Albert made this purchase the easiest process I ever went through with a new vehicle. He was respectful, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, listened to me, and worked with my crazy work schedule. Every staff member was friendly and I truly feel they wanted me to get the best vehicle for me at the best price. I never would have thought I could say that about a car dealership but Gilbert really cares about their community and their customers.

With the first phone call with Mike Ford I knew I had to go to Gilbert Chevy. Loved his southern slow drawl and the pleather of information that he provided because that let me know that this was the place to go. I didn’t want to waste my time at Dyer where those folks gave me a sense of hunger for my business, which was a red flag that had me feeling uneasy to even go to them. Chad was super helpful and kind on the phone and in person. Albert was a straight shooter and was 100% honest in every aspect which is not a common trait for car salesman but it was definitely appreciated. I felt confident that this dealership was sincere and knowledgeable not just on the cars but with common courtesy with their customers’ time and money. I did not feel like I was being forced or hustled into doing business with them nor did I regret my purchase. There was no sense of buyer’s remorse or guilt or any second thoughts on my decision to lease my new Equinox with Gilbert Chevy. I especially loved the one-on-one attention I got from beginning to end, even with Mr. Becker who took my money. Nothing but kindness and respect from all the employees! I will definitely be back for future purchases and/or leasing needs - 5 stars all around!

My engine was having trouble on the way down to visit family, so I brought it by the Chevy dealership. The service manager James was very helpful and nice. The customer service lady, Angelica was very sweet and hopefully. The other two ladies in the office, Amanda and the blonde lady were very rude and nasty. I was checking in when one of them was on the phone and they talked badly about the customer after hanging up. The way they treat Angelica is also unacceptable.other than those two ladies, I had a good experience with the dealership.
