I have 6 children and they've all been supported by Game Stop in their game adventures....fr9m my 24 yrs old to my 12 yra old!! Always treated respectfully and with great service!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Called to check if they had a used console available for sale. They said they did, so I asked them to put it aside for me. There were several GameStops closer, but they were out of stock. Drove over 30 minutes to their location only for them to basically say, "Whoops, we forgot to mention that it has loads of damage to the case (it appeared to be cigarette burns), and no, we can't come down on the price because of it". Either it was ridiculously negligent or a slimy sales tactic, either way, $%*@)%# awful service. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life.

Do not buy, I repeat, do not buy stuff from this store. A T-80 wheel purchased there broke and their return policy is less than desirable.Never buying there again.

Went there several times, staff was ok, tried pre-ordering the new xbox all three times they said no pre-ordering the new console, it comes in when it comes in they say.( I thought GameStop was all about pre-ordering jmo) never going back
