Great customer service. A very attentive sales person. A little small shop, but getting ready to expand as they just changed names and Corp owners. Close to home, so hope they do expansion of RV parts soon. They didn't have exactly what we needed but gave us an idea to work around.

If you don’t want to be robbed of your money, then do not go to Florida Outdoors on Okeechobee, Fl.Fraudulent negotiations at its best. Robert, General Manager, Craig Hender (Salesman) do not represent transparency/integrity for this business.

We purchased a new fifth wheel at the Okeechobee location at the end of July and it was an easy, smooth transaction even with a trade-in involved. Trisha was our salesperson and she was a great help after the sale assisting with a couple of relatively minor issues with our new RV. We look forward to working with her in the future!

Since verle took over this is the best rv place around...everyone was nice and are doing a good job...highly recomend okeechobee outdoors...travis the service manager is great and amanda in sales was also great...I was so happy with them I sent them pizza for lunch...

We bought an RV from here, and because it was a couple yrs old, bought the extended warranty for all the electronics. Everything is fine until your awning motor and jack stabilizing motor goes out. It's been 5 months and still no motors. If you can buy somewhere else do it. Side note they sold us our RV with black mold under the bed have pics. Place should be investigated for fraud.

They really worked with me to make a camper fit in my budget. And when their was a problem with the A/C, they changed it out with a new one at no charge. That is what you call SERVICE!

We were pleased at how knowledgeable and friendly everyone is at Florida Outdoor RV. From the minute we entered the dealership until we left towing our new travel trailer, I felt confident we made the right decision to visit and later purchase our RV from them. We never felt pressured. I can’t say enough good things about how smoothly everything went. Should we find a need in the future we will definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again.

We chose to use them to do some warranty work and some upgrades to our RV because we purchased it in Texas and that’s a bit far to travel. Their store that is closer to us gave us a reason to not use them when we were shopping for a new rig, this is why we chose Okeechobee even though it is over two hours away. There are many reasons I could post here, but most recently, this is the most frustrating and urgent.Recently we had solar panels installed and are having an issue. We placed a call to the service manager, Travis, who by now, we are quite familiar with. We have called, texted and emailed. Frequently. Frequently. Just to ask a question. All we are “allowed” to do is leave a voice message which is never returned. This is the Service Manager.This is what is so frustrating. As a small business owner, we take pride in our work and work hard.

We purchased a Tow Behind Camper from this ( Okeechobee ) Horrible Place, THE WORST PLACE EVER... IT WAS A LIVING NIGHTMARE. It took us 1 month to get the Tx. paperwork straighten out, back & forth from Okee. to Tx. by way of Texting and Emails between Florida Outdoors RV Country and whom ever they were talking to . Prices tried to changed after contract signed, but they were Stuck with that part of it Bc the Contract was signed, it was just a Nightmare. They kept putting us off by saying " Next Week " and " Next few days " which never came, it was a Month Later. The camper sit on their Lot for a few more days After Purchase bc we couldn't get a Road Tag for it. Still waiting for Tx Transfer paperwork to clear. Their idea, was to give us an illegal Tag, just to get us off their lot. We TOOK it Bc we didn't have far to go to the Campground. Then paperwork finally came in and we were so happy to get the heck out of there, with a Legally registered Tag.

I have been to many RV dealerships, throughout the country, over the years. Florida Outdoors RV, is now my favorite! I know now, where to bring our 5th wheel if we need any work done. Marsha, who works in the Service Department, was the most amazing service rep that I've ever worked with. Things would be so much easier, if we had more service reps like Marsha at these so called RV dealerships around the country. She made our lives, so much easier. She was always updating us on our RV. Not really used to that. Work was done, better than I thought it would be. No BS, hidden fees, or lame excuses, just great work!!

Very bad experience. We bought a used Montana off the lot 2 years old sewage was running in the under belly. Took it back within a week, lost $15,000+

Super friendly staff, quick and easy, and a whole bunch of options available. I was in a time pinch and during the holiday, but still received amazing help! Definitely recommend visiting them for your RV purchase.
