I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the standards this company stands by, I have no pictures to confirm it was dropped off at my house, I did get you get a PDF stating someone with the initials HHJ received my package problem is NO ONE STOPPED BY MY HOUSE WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED no one knocked nothing and there is no one that lives here that go by those initials. This was a present I got for my kid and I have nothing to put under the tree the company I got the tablet from are doing an "investigation" so is FedEx problem is I haven't heard not a word from FedEx as to why no one knocked or took a picture confirming the package was delivered I am just so freaking angry right now it's ridiculous

Said package delivered and wasn't. Told me tracking number wasn't number they gave me. These people are useless. I saw the FedEx guy go right by. Somebody is lying. Happens out here way to often
