Nobody offered to help me, the store wasn’t busy and the cashier was the least helpful person in the history of cashiers. Does CVS not pay their employees enough? Was he kept there against his will? I kept a close eye to see if he blinked twice, but this soulless shell of man never blinked once.

Pharmacist manager is always condescending when answering basic questions. She treats the staff no different, store manager knows the issues customers and staff have with this pharmacist and nothing is done. CVS needs to do better.

The service here has gotten very bad. You can sit in line and wait for your prescription for over 20 minutes for one car to be helped. Definitely getting my prescription services transferred out.

People working in store don't want to do there job's and don't even care will tell you straight to your face that. Guess I'll be calling Corporation and see what they have to say about Employees attitudes. Seriously it's disgusting you don't like to do your job go find a different job its that simple

This place has the worst customer service, then when I called the person out on being rude they told me they were not going to fill my prescription.

The worst pharmacy around. Extremely rude, and snappy. If they're on lunch, forget it! You are going to wait. I didn't even want to give them 1 star. Will NEVER do business with them again.

They are always short handed and always busy. Not their fault. Typical corporate office. Make everyone do more with less. Been that way for over 25 years. Maybe they need a few AI robots. ? Nice people considering the stress that they are all under daily. I would not want that kind of a job. Rush Rush Rush all the time.

Everyone I go to this particular store, the employees are very friendly and helpful. The times I have needed help finding an item, they always walk me over to the appropriate shelf instead of just verbally directing me - takes them a little more time but I appreciate it

Take a lunch if you expect a drive thru transaction. Waited twenty minutes. Very rude employees. Changed my insurance so I be covered at Walgreens. Never had a problem with CVS until I relocated to Okeechobee. CVS Corporate needs to clean house with this situation.

The drive thru is a joke. I just waited 40 minutes in line for one prescription while the girl ignored me and took everyone at the counter first. There were still 4 people behind me and the one in front of me left.

Pharmacy is always busy ALWAYS. However, when I am waited on I always feel like there is nobody else in line and that I am the only one being waited on.
