Very Florida! (actual location on google map is slightly south of marker) Storage here is outside but property is entirely fenced to insurance requirements, PLUS owner/s live on the property, so your expensive unit is "not left to chance" but actually secure. Open all year. GREAT place for coastal people to bring boat or rv during hurricanes. They're inland, reasonable. We like it. The RV part is only 13 to 14 campsites that only open in the winter months with repeat visitors that occupy their rv unit until spring. Each site is large and separated with fencing. Plenty of room for truck, boat and rv - not like some places... and VERY inexpensive... although electric is metered separately. City water. Bring a satellite for tv. WI-FI... yea!
