I manage the Fort Drum crystal and I'm the one that answers the phone and talks to everybody before they come. and I let everybody know this is not a resort you're not going to get back rubs and foot rubs you're going to work it's a working mine normally that means you're going to work very hard get very dirty but find some great stuff and the process if you're willing to do the work. it has some beautiful fossils and crystals inside that you may find if you don't mind the work very hard work at that. I let everyone know that. but you're not going for cleanliness you're going to find and dig for some beautiful fossils and if they don't want to come for that reason then they don't have to come at all thank you. The crystals that occur here inside the fossils fluoresce and phosphorus under a black light of bright yellow to a light green they're absolutely gorgeous

I purchased a Samsung phone elsewhere that supposed to work with Boost. I worked with it and spoke to multiple Boost Reps that all threw up their hands in frustration. No one could help me. Today I took the phone to Maria at this location and basically begged for her help, lol.. within 10 minutes she had it working perfectly! I’m so impressed and grateful to her! Thanks again Maria!

I've used boost for years and it's been hit or mis with knowledgeable employee no matter what store I used. Today I started at treasure island stopping in 2 boost locations. I couldn't get questions answered and all I wanted was to upgrade to a new phone.Finally I ended up at the store on 70 west side of okkeechbee. Elprimo wireless boost store it a winner. Maria B was beyond helpful. Took care of everything . After a short 90 minutes I picked up my phone and everything was transferred. This is not my first upgrade but it's one of the few pleasant ones I've ever had. Well worth the drive. Super professional young lady.
