Nathan knew I was worried about change due to me being in my first car for over 10+ years. He was patient with me and knew his inventory perfectly. “I want to express my graciousness to Jeff the manager of this advance Auto parts next to the Wawa. I originally came in without a receipt unable to find it to receive my money back on the part I bought the day before. I was told I could not without a receipt and that there was no way to offer me anything but store credit at the time I didn't need store credit I needed my money back. While there I was not treated nicely let's put it that way and I was not happy about it I contacted corporate and corporate was able to pull my receipt and try to get me my money back upon calling the store back once again the person that I spoke with who was not so nice to me proceeded to not be so nice to the lady from corporate and I still never received my money back. The employee proceeded to contact Jeff the manager and let him in on what had happened. Jeff contacted me and I went in and spoke with Jeff was very kind and courteous and said he was going to try to order the correct part for me and he would even honor the price of the price that I paid for the part that was wrong. And we could do an exchange. He said if I could find a receipt it would certainly make it a lot easier that he could give me my money back if not he would be happy to exchange the proper part and correct part for me. I went in and fortunately I was able to find my receipt needless to say Jeff went out of his way to be so kind and friendly as to take care of me that he won my business back and I just wanted to correct my previous review and let you know that it has been handled and that Jeff the manager of this advance Auto parts took very good care of me and made me a happy customer after having such a bad experience thanks Jeff”

“Recently went to Guaranteed Auto &Truck to pick up a motor for my boss, upon pulling in after my 2hour drive I was met by Steve and one of his yard hands. Very pleasant and courteous. They asked me if they could help me, told them what and why I was there and within 10 mins after arrival I was loaded and ready to go. After securing my load I had to check my oil, transmission fluid etc etc. As I was doing so the owner Steve came over making sure I was ok and if I needed anything or help. Not very many places are as friendly and easy going as this place! They will definably be recommended to anyone I can I give them and the establishment 5stars cause they don't give the option for 10. I must add to this that I've been to A LOT of yards and this is probably in my top 3 cleanest yards I been in. I will definitely be back your newest and greatest customerPie”
