Came to replace ice maker under warranty. Took 2-3 months to get part. When they installed it it wasn’t installed correctly. I called the next day after noticing it still didn’t make ice and noticed the filler arm was being pushed in towards the off position every time freezer drawer was closed. Called and told them this. They told me they would be out that day or the next day. I informed them I was only again 2:30 next day and they said that was fine. Well called at 12:30 to see when tech would be here just to be told we weren’t on the schedule and there isn’t a service order started! Very very very bad experience considering I’ve already waited MONTHS for the part to come in.
