The entire staff was extremely helpful. Repair on water heater was quick and done before expected time. Even the assistance on the phone was very helpful. I'll definitely will continue to use Alex Sirum for all my RV needs.

Called about a part needed right away, but was out of stock. Tried to help by calling around but could not find one. Called me the next day to let me know they were able to get the part i needed in, but I had already ordered one from Amazon.
