Do not trust these people for nothing Terry Brink the owner of the establishment is very rude and his integrity is trash such a false averting statement on their post .we made a deal over the phone I drove 3 hours to him for him to say sorry we haven't got the part pulled yet witch I can understand things happen so as his employee starts to pull part another man approaches me and inform me that they double the price on with it was advertised 4 I said no I'm here for the part I showed him pictures and it was the same as get pulled and they said no than I said who's paying for me to travel here for nothing. Than here comes Terry and he just poured more fuel on the situation. SO DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE OF THERE WORD AND WILL WASTE YOUR TIME NO JUST RAISING THE PRICE A LITTLE BUT MORE THAN DOUBLE AND ALL THE SAY IF YOU WANT OR NOT .....IT WAS A NOT BUT A WHOLE DAY WASTED ON THEIR TRUST ...BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!

I've purchased Several parts from Action and they always have what I need. If they don't have it on hand, they can get it by the next day! They are always priced for me to get the best deal around! From the bumper for my Chevy Pickup to the Differencial for a Cadillac Escalade, I have always been Satisfied. Great Service & Prices... 5 Stars!

Stay away!!! I will try to shorten it up and still convey the situation. My husband purchased a color specific part, was told by Michelle that if he paid before 1pm it would be ready by the end of the day. He went the next morning, having to drive 2 hours away, to be told they could not find the part or even the car it came off of and conveniently couldn't get a hold of Michelle. I called and asked to talk to Michelle who I was transferred to. Told her what was going on, she told me she just tried to call him at 10:30, the morning after this should have been ready, to tell him they didn't have the part and would be pulling one in another color, which would then need to be painted more expense. She lied about the color specific part, corrected herself then continued to lie about it, I asked what they were going to do to make things right, she started yelling and me and talking over me then hung up on me. I called back spoke with Tony thought things were going to be better because he was understanding and agreed that shouldn't have happened also agreed to a partial refund. It's been a week no refund and was told they weren't sure why someone didn't do their job. This place is too much of a hassle and having to deal with rude extremely unprofessional people just isn't worth the time

If I could give a negative number of stars I would, however that is not an option. After buying a part online the previous day and being told that the part would be ready by the end of that day for pick up, I made arrangements to make the two hour drive to Action Auto Recycling the following day. Upon arriving I showed the QR code I got as a receipt to which the jerk at the front desk looked at me like I had 3 heads and said "what's that?" At that point I chose another route and pulled up the email payment verification which had the part number from their inventory that I ordered. He snapped at me "this part hasn't even been pulled, did they call you and tell you to come pick it up?" To which I replied that I was told yesterday it would be ready for pick up by the end of the day yesterday. The jerk at the front counter then responded by telling me in his snarky condescending voice " you should just go home and wait for them to call you"! At that point I was admittedly getting irritated but managed to calmly respond by stating that I had driven two hours to get here to pick up a part that I was told would be ready yesterday. This man then proceeded to call the mechanic responsible for pulling my part who conveyed to the front counter jerk that they didn't even know where the vehicle or part was that I had pre ordered and pre paid for!. After some exaggerated foot dragging and lying through his teeth the front counter jerk suggested that I go have lunch at wait for a phone call. About 15 minutes later while still standing in the parking lot I got a call from them telling me they had my part and was brought a part that was the wrong color as the body part I purchased was purchased and the drive was made so that I didn't have to paint to match the body part as it should have been a bolt on match in color. After me expressing to the guy trying to give me the wrong part how what I ordered was white and not black and it was done that way for obvious reasons he left and returned 5 minutes later with the correct part that I actually ordered from a retired sherriffs vehicles still adorning the correct vinyl stripes just as pictured. After leaving I received a phone call from Tony apologizing and asking me if a partial refund would make things right to which we agreed on a value for said partial refund. It's been exactly 7 calender days since that conversation and I have yet to receive a partial refund. Upon calling prior to leaving this review I was hung up on multiple times, put on hold, and transferred to Tony's voice mail. All in all I can say that Action Auto Recycling had left a bad taste in my mouth that will last indefinitely and will cause me to tell anyone and everyone looking for oem replacement parts that I ever meet to tell them this story and attempt to steer them away from this joke of a business. And if your reading this review and find it interesting you should look for my wife's review of the same place as she also got involved in this situation and was called a liar, yelled at, and hung up on prior to Tony offering me a partial refund. This business is a sad excuse for a business, they know nothing about customer service and honestly I am surprised that their overall Google rating is 4 stars. Maybe it's a typo because these rude, negligent, inconsiderate, loud mouthed people haven't earned a single star review in my eyes. If you have the misfortune of taking your business here then I wish you the best of luck. Don't forget though I told you so in advance.

This is the BEST and most HONEST junkyard in town you don't ever see these words associated with junkyards but these people deserve it and your business

Contacted them to know if they have a door window for my car, they said they do so I drove an hour and a half because I live in another city. I get there and it turns out they sold the window two days before.
