“I want to give a huuuuge shoutout to the two young men working tonight. (07/11/23)I came in later at night in a very vulnerable position. Vulnerable attire. As nervous as I was. The two gentlemen were very kind and understanding. The one that was helping me struck up a conversation at the checkout and we talked a little and he even complemented me on what I was wearing. The small back and forth chit-chat, the reassurance, and the best wishes he said really made me feel welcome and good about myself.I didn't catch your name, and I doubt if this young man will see this, but if you do... thank you.”
“I don't know where to begin!!! I've been visiting FWB since 1991 at least 4-6 times a year and never made the time to visit. This lady June I went in and had a lovely shopping spree! All the ladies that work there are so sweet and welcoming. If Ir when, I get to move here, can you all be my friends?. The line of clothes I had never heard of but I am totally in love with the high quality of them. It's always a choice of which of the many outfits I love, to take home? It's not only the merchandise that's great but the sweetest, kindest ladies that make you feel like a part of the family there! I'll be back!!!!”

“Found what I wanted. I came in looking for a day pack for cycling. Like a flea market, stuff in piles and bins... I had fun here.I saw mostly used gear - I didn't look at any clothing or boots - I dug around among the packs, duffels, vests, and utility/ammo belts & found a brand-new pack, just the right size for what I wanted. It was just $30. I enhanced my new pack with a coupla new patches (which they carry a lot of).I will be shopping here again when the need arises.?”

I told this young lady that she was the first person that was nice, polite, and friendly in all the stores on the walkway. The store had a few groups of people and she was helping all of us, as she was the only one working. Keep this young lady she is a true blessing to this store and your company.”
“This mall might be dead but this store is always stocked. The service is great and it’s never busy. You can shop in peace. We all know old navy in most malls are busy but because the mall doesn’t have much foot traffic it’s a breeze to be in and out.”

“I loved the abundance of goods available for me to pick thru. The price point was great for me as I am traveling across the country on a bicycle and have to stick to a strict budget. I was able to find something to put on every part of myself. From hats to shoes and everything in between, they have it. The cotton tees feel soft but thick enough to survive almost anything a washing machine can throw at it. I'm excited to wear what I picked up!”
