The behavior from Leisha to the customers is abhorrent. I have already filed a complaint to the state but I wanted to share my experience to held others avoid this.After trying bringing in my neighbor who I look after to the bank to help clear up a technical issue she was having setting up her online account, Leisha refused to help and accused me of possible fraud. Even after explaining there was no money being exchanged and the only issue we were having was with her online account not being set up to receive money. Due to her rudeness, refusal to help based on how old my neighbor is, or maybe it was the fact that she needed assistance with her medical devices…she refused to help us by judging and stereotyping us. We left feeling very disrespected and we did not receive the treatment we deserved. Our elderly community deserves better than Leisha at the Truist Bank. Shame on the branch manager who had only but excuses for this poor excuse of an employee!

If only it was possible to leave zero stars. Where to begin. First of all, try to connect with a real person at the physical location. It's easier to talk to the Pope before someone picks up the phone. Service is a disaster, nobody cares to pay attention to anything they are doing, which leads to snafus that' can totally be avoided with a basic level of professionalism. Good luck using the app, it's down at least once a week. And understanding the way the transactions are reported requires a minor in accounting at minimum. Sadly we've had to endure since before the "historic" merger, when it was SunTrust. It's now gotten much worse. Think long before banking here. There are way better options.

Our checking account was compromised and the Truist at Lake Harris branch in Leesburg Senior Relationship Banker Romain Itwaru provided support, guidance, and reassurance to us. His excellent service was 5 star.

I went to this office two weeks ago to update my address change as I had moved to Florida from NY. I told the lady that I signed paperwork in front of it was the only thing I wanted changed. I specifically stated that my Mom, who's been a customer of the bank for close to 19 years, still lived in the address they had on file. Today I got a letter addressed to my Mom at my address saying they've updated her address change. Now I have to waste my time going back to the bank and try to straighten a simple address change out. Absolutely clueless individual that handled this for me.

I got an offer to get a bonus for opening an account with a large deposit. I accepted the offer, read the fine print, performed all the task and months after promo was suppose to deposit it took getting the BBB involved to get the offer. I don't believe they had any intentions on completing their end of the offer. Many unreturned calls and a huge waste of time. Stick with credit unions.
