“The staff was very professional, helpful and ensured all safety checks were performed. I was greeted by a friendly smile and she made polite normal small talk. There are a few things that stood out to me that were exceptional about this location:
The bathroom, although accessible from outside the building was air conditioned, clean, and had quality toilet paper. It had the small touches that make a bathroom welcoming like nice hand soap. We all have to go at times, and being able to use a clean, comfortable bathroom really is one of those that says a lot about an establishment.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and really seemed to appreciate the management at the location. These are the kind of places that have the best employees.”

“Once again, another Outstanding Experience at All A/C Storage! This is now my 3rd. time dealing with Rob at All A/C. Rob is an outstanding and awesome man. The truck that I had reserved had a minor issue (which really wasn't a big deal to me) but Rob insisted that my comfort while driving was important to him. So, he moved me up to the next size truck. Now that's customer service! I will always be a loyal client of All A/C Storage and Rob. To be quite honest, I have to drive past 2 other U-Haul dealers that are much closer, but I don't think that they can top the service that I get from Rob at All A/C Storage. Thanks Again, Rob! “It's the ryder closest to my work. First time in, they jumped right in to help and get it fixed. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. From the check in desk to my mechanic Aaron, i definitely prefer this shop over many others I've been to! Whatever the work atmosphere is, I hope management can keep it up. Appreciate you guys.
Now here for a 2nd time, and absolutely applaud these folks. From Karen at the desk to the mechanics, yall have my appreciation. Now if only the management could train other facilities to be like this one!

“This is a easy to find Penske U-Haul rental dealership. It is on 441 South and villages. The one problem I have is when we went to return our truck, the store was closed prior to the closing hours. The store is not open at all on Sunday. This makes it inconvenient for returning trucks when moving on the weekends, which is the most common time to move in my opinion.”
“Absolutely wonderful! Arrived 10 minutes after closing and David stayed late to swap out our vehicle which had a problem. He was very kind and helpful! Saved us from having to drive all the way back to Orlando!”
“Today was my first time renting from U-Haul on April 30.2024 . The customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be renting again. I used a van for a short move to Orlando. I was surprised how much room there was in the van and it was easy and comfortable to drive all the bells and whistles of a car .”
