“The staff was very professional, helpful and ensured all safety checks were performed. I was greeted by a friendly smile and she made polite normal small talk. There are a few things that stood out to me that were exceptional about this location:
The bathroom, although accessible from outside the building was air conditioned, clean, and had quality toilet paper. It had the small touches that make a bathroom welcoming like nice hand soap. We all have to go at times, and being able to use a clean, comfortable bathroom really is one of those that says a lot about an establishment.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and really seemed to appreciate the management at the location. These are the kind of places that have the best employees.”

“This is a easy to find Penske U-Haul rental dealership. It is on 441 South and villages. The one problem I have is when we went to return our truck, the store was closed prior to the closing hours. The store is not open at all on Sunday. This makes it inconvenient for returning trucks when moving on the weekends, which is the most common time to move in my opinion.”
“The Ryder shop here in Groveland FL is great the guys here explain the problems in lamens terms so you can understand what is going on with your truck. Freddie, Scott, Jeff, Brian, Paul and Mike and the other guys I can't remember all their names so I'm sorry for that guys. You guys are the reason I bring my truck to this shop. “Quick, easy and affordable. Car was clean and smelled good. Was able to drop off easily after hours. Staff was helpful at pickup however I was asked for 3 forms of id which I was lucky to have. Not sure why that happened and I don’t think it’s something that happens to everyone. But that would have been a bummer.”
“Just picked up a uhaul here! We had a horrible experience with Budget rental down the road and needed a moving truck with no time to spare. We were so happy to find this Uhaul! We saved over 300 dollars going with this location over the Budget down the street, and were able to reserve some dollies and other equipment as a result!I did the online checkin and I have never had a rental process go so smoothly or easily, start to finish. When we went inside to pick up the keys, the gentleman who helped us was so incredibly kind and friendly and helpful, and made the process so fun and easy! I HIGHLY recommend renting your uhaul from this location!!! Best rental experience ever!!!”
“We rented a 5'X8', one way. Employees were friendly & hooked up the trailer, checked lights, etc. However, it was obvious we needed a drop down hitch & he never mentioned that to us.Someone who does not have trailer towing experience would not have known this. We had to stop at another location to purchase what we needed. Thankfully they had one (Shout out to ACE Hardware in Wildwood!). We then had to unhook the trailer & make the corrections in the parking lot of the place we purchased the hitch from! Not a huge deal for us, but for some it would be.Also, this particular trailer did not have any lifting mechanism on the tongue, making it difficult to lift on & off the vehicle. This would create a big problem, if loaded while not attached to the vehicle.Future recommendations: Provide hitches & balls for rent or sale. Or at least inform the customer they need a different set up.”
