I had the same experience I had over 15 ebikes and a Samsung Galaxy package that I never received the woman with the glasses with the brown hair she steals them and puts them in her office if she doesn't feel that you deserve them for some reason Amazon claims they won't refund my friend just reminded me of that. I have another package I ordered on eBay I have not picked up yet and a group of people harass the **** out of me and scare me away from the post office whenever they can see ones on the way there I have not picked up this eBay package yet as of today Friday April 12 2024

Very nice and friendly office. Never had any issues with receiving or sending mail and packages.

I live in Windham Lakes subdivision, and my mail carrier randomly takes days off for no reason: when we’re supposed to get mail, we just plain do NOT! I get notifications that things are out for delivery and I get NO mail at all! NOT a Holiday, NO reason. It doesn’t happen a lot, but it does happen on occasion.

What's the point of being friendly if the service it self is low level. They lose my daughter's passport. Claim someone picked it up n signed for it. But could not produce the signature or verify who signed for it. Just recently I have confirmation emails that 2 of my packages were delivered yet they claim not to have them. I'm paying for a service just for them to rip me off. I regret getting my po box there. Somebody's stealing clearly!!!

Lisa is really rude and not helpful. I entered the facility before closing time and I was asked to leave by her. The other older gentleman and the young guy offer really good customer service unlike Lisa

DO NOT come to this location unless you want your package stolen. When inquiring about my package they said that it was too bad and that there was nothing they can do. You can tell that they are lying and covering up information. And then when going about the process to claim a refund and to state that is was stolen, it is impossible to get your claim to go through.

I forget to ask for her name everytime I stop by, but the female USPS associate with brunette hair and bangs is excellent. She works efficiently and finds the best option and price whenever I want to ship items. I wouldn’t go to any other location!!
